Is there a free trial?
There’s no free trial — but every charge can be refunded in full within 14 days, for any reason, so you can try it risk-free.
How many accounts does a plan cover?
One connected account per plan — an Instagram Business or Creator account, or a Facebook Page. Running several brands? Contact us and we’ll sort something out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The plan renews monthly until you cancel from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing immediately, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What is your refund policy?
Any charge can be refunded in full within 14 days of that charge, for any reason. See the full Refund Policy for what happens after 14 days and how to request one.
How is payment handled?
Checkout runs on Razorpay, a PCI DSS–compliant payment gateway. Your card details go straight to Razorpay and never touch our servers.
