Data Deletion Instructions
How to remove your data and revoke app access.
Important Notice
Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. This will remove all your account information, connected Instagram accounts, automation rules, and subscription history.
How to Delete Your Data
If you want to remove our app's access to your Instagram data through Facebook's platform:
- Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
- Look for "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
- Search for "Auto DM" or our app name in the search bar.
- Click on our app from the list.
- Scroll down and click "Remove".
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
What Gets Removed
When you remove our app's access through Facebook, the following will happen:
- Our app will no longer have access to your Instagram data
- We cannot retrieve new posts or media from your Instagram account
- Existing automation rules will stop working
- Your account on our platform will remain but become inactive
- We will no longer be able to post or interact on your behalf
Data Retention
We may retain certain information for legal and regulatory purposes, including:
- Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (7 years)
- Legal compliance data as required by law
- Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)

Confirmation
After removing our app's access through Facebook, you will no longer see our app in your Facebook Apps and Websites list. The removal is immediate.
